Ink Paintings

This selection includes expressions of dance and music as well as two heritage portraits. I've been experimenting with very liquid mediums for many years - they are hard to control but communicate fluidity and spontaneity (even when it's meticulous). Inks are combined with special paints built from pigment in custom mediums and incidental colourants.
